What's the best way to pay our sales reps???

I got flagged a couple times posting ads on Craig's list for hiring sales reps because I put that this is a commission based job. Guess they don't allow you to do that anymore.
I want to know how you guys pay your reps, if it's a base plus commission or have you gotten people to work off commission only?
Better yet, has anyone had a total roll out system that works to keep hiring more and more reps?

    You can do a flat rate plus commission.

    If you do flat rate make it so low that there is no way people can live off of the base rate alone. Meaning like $100 a week.

    That makes sure they are motivated to sell for you. BUT, if you do that you'll need to pay them a healthy commission to make up for it.

    Also post in the gigs section for a personal assistant, etc.

    I've had good luck with that recently.

    I never had any trouble hiring commission only salesmen from my Craigs list ads. Are you sure your posting them in the correct section?

      Put something like "performance based" instead of commission only and you should get approved on CL.

      Any sales person worth their salt will want commission only. If people are
      looking for a Guarantee, They are not the type of Sales Oriented Staff
      your looking to hire.

      We pay 15% of Gross for the life of the client. It allows a good Super star
      type sales person to build up residual income, and more importantly create
      a Massive Income. Good sales people want a base + commission
