Hi,

Would like to know who are the top players in the offline marketing world?

I believe the best way to learn anything is to learn from the masters, so who are the masters in WarriorForum and outside of warrior forum?

thanks
Azzam

The 2 best courses I've seen that show me the guys really know what they're doing are:
"Offline X Factor" - Jack Mize and "IStreetFighter" - Robert Stanley.

      Excellent Vincezo.

Are you recommending these two guys then as masters of Offline?

The question you ask is interesting.

One thing you need to keep in mind is that when you talk about selling internet marketing services to local businesses that is a huge and diverse set of markets and possible strategies and business models you could use.

Over time with your unique skill set and personality you'll develop clients and a business model that suits you and the area you choose to do business in (which incidentally does NOT need to be limited to your local area even though that's often a great place to start).

So when you're looking for a "top dog" it's going to be almost impossible to identify someone who will be using the strategies you will end up using since you don't know what they are yet.

The reality is in a reasonably short time you'll become a top dog at what you do in your own area.

And the good news is there's little to no competition for consultants who focus on making real sales and profits for their clients.

In my opinion the most effective teachers in this niche are those who understand the huge diversity of the market, focus mainly on fundamentals and give you a variety of simple effective methods to use to generate leads (because no single method is effective in every situation).

Also most internet marketing strategies will work to help a range of different businesses make sales and profits so what you can already do is often enough.

In many cases you don't need someone to tell you exactly what to do as much as someone to get you to consistently take action, help you refine what you're doing and focus on what's really important.

        Kindest regards,
        Andrew Cavanagh

I have to agree with Andrew. Selling online marketing to offline businesses is a different ball game. Local and offline business is not about selling the latest product launch and hoping to make $xxx, xxx from the launch. The "gurus" are not out there selling their latest secrect through massive IM lists and affiliates.

The good ones create real businesses that are sustainable, bring them good monthly income and they are not as high profile, that's why you don't see or read of them. Not many of them teach as they run marketing businesses full time. There are also a number of lone rangers that are comfortable with 20 or clients and you won't hear much of them either. Pity that they are not as high profile as the IM niche marketers.

I strongly disagree with your list. Your list is only about talking the client into hiring you. That's just half the challenge. The other half is doing a great job for the client and having them be satisfied. That requires skills, knowledge, diplomacy and experience. Quite frankly, it took more than five years for me to learn how to deal with clients effectively, and I am still learning lessons about this after nearly 30 years in business.

If you believe all you need is the ability to sign a client, you are in for a rude awakening!

And if you are working in your local community, word spreads fast if you are obviously incompetent.

On the other hand, show that you are just as interested in doing well by the client as in signing them - and get the results promised - and word will spread quickly about that, too.

Thanks Andrew, it is these fundamentals that I want to be able to better understand.

        Totally agree, there are two battles here;

        1. To sell the service to the client.
        2. Deliver on the promises.

        Both must be done effectively.
