SEO in Smaller Markets

Anyone getting results with local businesses in smaller markets like 20k +/- population towns. When I say results, I mean are your clients getting business through your SEO services? Thanks.

    Yes this can be achieved however you need to target their products and services as much as their core business.

    For example if they are a tire retailer you can to target brands of tires and also car makes and models.

    Use a bit of geo targeting and you will get some great results.

      Thanks Quentin, have you or are you targeting these smaller markets and getting results for your clients? If so, would you mind sharing a little more and can you give me some direction on the geo targeting? do you mean to just opitimize for town/city names?
