Total roll out? Has anyone went big yet?

I'm doing pretty well getting clients and making sure they stay on board with an seo or social media plan, so that they pay me monthly. Now I'm looking to partner up with someone in the same boat that is doing well now. If you are looking for the same, send me an email.

Has anyone rolled out a sales plan and hired multiple salesman? I'm curious as to what is a fair way to pay them and how to hire more and more sales reps

      If you are focusing on a region, you can probably find independent advertiser reps who might be interested in integrating your services into the list of services they can offer clients. I don't know how you structure payments, but I would tend to offer them a percent of set-up and of continuity.

        I'm having some success hiring sales reps on oDesk and Cragslist.

        I pay them a flat $100 commission, or $10 per consultation appointment.

          Are these people local to you? What is the $100 commission for? Any sale?
