Nice video Chris, thanks for posting this. I liked the Charity idea for getting publicity.

Chris, I think most people hold your information in high regard, / you did ask for posting comments / so here goes Points 1,2 @ 4 all good tips for people.

Point 2 for me is way of the money and bad advice for this reason, you mention charity as an option to gain coverage, but in that you also suggest holding charity to ransom for a few quick lines of lovin back.

I see that as very wrong, when ever you do work for charity or you give, it must be from the heart and because you want to do one thing, help that charity and for no other reason and not to even attempt to get anything back in the way if you do this / i will do that trade.

This is not barter territory, or business tricks 101 it is charity, you must ask nothing in return nor expect anything in return and if peoples only thought to help a charity is because of what they can get then they are on the wrong train.

The funny thing is when you do not expect anything back and just give, it comes back in many forms.

as a person gives so shall they receive. / but don't ever ask for it, that is just low ball and not cricket.

    Hey Pete,

    Thanks for your comment.

I can see where you're coming from, but in my mind, a charity is a form of business, and they have to pay for many of the services they need. Marketing is no different, charity's pay big money to make sure their cause is well funded.

At least from my point of view, giving them your service in exchange for a few words isn't a lot to ask.
