What is your average monthly profit per client?

I have seen people charge $5000 per month plus.

I have worked with clients from $50 per month when I first started doing offline consulting.

Now, I offer packages that start at $500 and go to $3000 for small businesses.

I was wondering what's the highest / average monthly price for your clients?

I also offer clients a base plus commission option which can work great!

My range is $700-$1000/mo, although I have one client who pays $3500/mo, but that's for a much more extensive consulting/assistance.

Interesting question == i wonder how many people are willing to discuss this topic...

      i guess we'll see

for my technical consultancy i range from $800-$1400 but do not have a gratuitous amount of clients.

My mobile webpage creation platform business however earns much less per client --- going to quantity.

I have a SEO consultancy package at $300, standard SEO packages ranging from $500 to $1200, web design packages ranging from $800 to $1600, and also logos for $200 and upwards. I also do website maintenance for $50 per month.

As for the profit margins, I won't share any exact numbers but I'll give you some idea.

The SEO consultancy package is 100% outsourced, and the profit is high. I get to keep most of the money I'm paid for this, yet I don't have to do any of the work. The package includes so much great stuff, too.

For my standard SEO packages (keyword research, directory submissions, backlinking, Google Places setup, and on-page optimization) I outsource all except for the on-page stuff, which I do myself. I get to keep at least 3/4 of what I'm paid. The higher the package is, the higher the profit percentage is. I could bring the costs down by outsourcing to different people from those that I'm outsourcing to now, but the current ones do such a great job for a really great price.

The web design stuff is often not outsourced at all, and is definitely one of the least profitable services at the moment because of the time I need to put into the projects. But I really enjoy it, and I have been doing web design since I was 13. However, I'm definitely going to start outsourcing the coding, as it can be done for so incredibly cheap, and I just don't enjoy that part of web design. It also saps up too many hours for my liking.

I outsource logo design and don't really make anything off of it. I can design logos but I know some truly awesomely skilled graphic designers, and as I want to offer only the best to my clients, I outsource the work to the more highly talented ones in this area. I really just use this service as a way of capturing clients, of which I can then sell my bigger services to. I'm sure I can expand this service by offering full-on branding campaigns with bigger price tags.

And last but not least: the website maintenance - $50 per month for basic updates and fixes. I's not outsourced, as my clients are trusting ME with accessing their web hosting accounts, and not some random people abroad.

So, that's basically a rundown of the kind of profits I make, and as you can see, it differs per service.

We don't take anyone under $1k a month. The largest client I had was $120k a month for just SEO services.

I average $1,500 to $2,500 per month. I do charge more if they want Google Adwords and also make them pay Google directly.

Links were included in the package, but they were spending some money on inbound links already. Keywords were mostly in the Diet space.

Buying links are included in my packages; I don't like to buy them very often; only when I'm looking for a quick jump in rankings.
