Whats the best tool for client website seo reports?

Hi Guys

I have quite a few new clients waiting for a seo report and quotes, i want to give them something proffessional looking, is there anything programs that anyone would suggest?

    My reports are pretty basic. I put a few snapshots of Google Analytics and then a conversion analysis: this typically consists of a snapshots of calls we've sent to the client website.

    My importantly, we always are keeping the client in the loop as we finish work. If we've submitted the client to directories, we let them know. If we do some banner advertising, we let them know. If we put them in a niche/local website, we let the client know.

    The point is that we're always staying in contact with the client. They don't need a huge, robust analysis of your work, especially if you're giving them updates all the time (which always helps with retention, but that's for another thread).

    Better yet - create a "report header" for your business...take the report analysis you get from using either of these, and present THAT to your client. They'll think you did ALLL this work for their report, but in reality, you just entered their domain name and clicked "search".
