JV between marketers and webdesign/seo companies.
i see alot of marketers here would get some business from local businesses and either do all the web design/seo/online marketing themselves or outsource it using this forum or a freelancing website, however the business model what i was looking at was one for a joint venture, where one will be a marketer getting all the business and another will be doing all the work on the projects, is there anyone here who does this, i can see it will be alot more profitable if a marketer just outsources this work but i have also been looking at a call center joint venturing with an other marketer where the call center will generate all the appointments and the other marketer can go to those apointments to sell to the business.
this seems quite lucrative as the call center also has there own seo/webdesigners etc. and the profit can be split between both parties, has anyone ever done this with call centers and software houses in asia, i really want to know if this will work.
