800 number call forwarding question

I have used an 800 number for myself as voice mail before, but am venturing out
to use an 800 number as a call forwarding to a business for a lead generation site.

I started out with a form, but somehow that is getting spammed, so I got an
800 number from Kall8.com

I have set it up right now as voice mail, until I get the lead generation site rented.
I will then be setting it to call forwarding.

My first question is how this works when you do a call forwarding.

How do you set it up with sending your leads to a business? Do you have them
take the callers info and call them back, or do you just pay the bill on the
forwarded call, no matter if that is 5 minutes or 15 minutes?

I have more questions, but if some could address this first I would appreciate it.
It will make a difference to how I introduce and set up the trial as well as the
ongoing rental of the site.

Thanks,
Jeannie

Thought I would bump this up this evening and see if anyone has some thoughts for me.

    Thanks.

I myself am just on the way to becoming a Master Agent for TollFreeForwarding. They have IVR systems built in. I was also looking to throw in a proposal for a trade for some marketing with invox because they seem to have a sleeker newer looking system with a little more on the AI side of things... However I've never been to the site you mentioned. At TFF you just configure the different options or extensions you want, and the phone number each forwards to. You could setup a directory of 100+ numbers where user can enter extension or listen to the list.

I dunno if that helps any I'm not 100% sure what you're up to here and haven't used that kall8 before myself.

Your 800 toll free number service provider will take care of the setup. All you need to do is configure, for example, where unattended calls will be forwarded. The cost will of course be incurred on you and not on the customer even if the call is forwarded since this is a toll free service. But, ask your provider since some of them have some payment type like 100% for the subscriber, 50%/50% for both subscriber and caller.
