Um wow, that was a bit strong, but it certainly grabbed my attention. "Pay up and get rid of that vermin you call a spouse"

        Wow.

Divorce obviously ain't pretty and this guy is hitting all the emotional buttons.

The way he talks about it sounds like he may have had a bad relationship at one time or other?

        Regards

The Video is harsh and its dark but the process of divorce too is the same.

Hope couples find better partners & work towards better marriages than to go through all these hassles.

@Trivum Any idea if the video increased sales at all? Yeah it was over the top, but I could see how he would make a few extra sales this way. He is siding with his visitor which is huge in nasty divorce situations.

I have no idea about the business. I just found it via someone posting it on another site. This other site was a non-marketing site, so that goes to show that it attracts attention of the regular viewer. The person that posted it just did so because they found it brash and funny.

roger6000 says that it's "dark," but I don't know if I agree with that. People going through a divorce often think like this (even though they know it's not good to), and as no "professional advertising" ever speaks like this, this sticks out as being tongue-in-cheek. Everyone knows that a professional isn't "supposed to" talk like this, and so I think for a lot of potential customers it would come off as being humorous (but at the same time, on the mark in the eyes of the person getting divorced).

Marketers talk about getting into the conversation that's already going on in the customer's head, and this seems to do that rather well. At the same time, as I mentioned, it's also tongue-in-cheek.

Some might see this video as stooping down into the gutter, but at least it's honest. While most lawyers will use lawyer-speak and legalese to make everything sound dispassionate and professional, their actual attitudes are no different than what's being expressed here. ... You can argue about the "morality" of that type of attitude if you like, but that's a different argument.
