Would you say this is a valid offline business model?
I was thinking of creating a site around a keyword and domain such as, "Springfieldacupuncturist.com" and then seeing if he wanted the site after I got it on Page 1.
And if he didn't want it I figured I could easily shop it around to some other local acupuncturist.
And then if that worked well, I could simply repeat the same process in other cities by putting up, say, scottsdaleacupuncturist.com and then shopping it around to the acupuncturists in that city.
And so on. Get the idea? Just charge them an up front fee for building the site, and then a monthly fee for maintaining it.
Do you think this is a good business model for offline? I know it's not original, but I think it could work well. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
