OFFLINE MARKETING

I was wondering if there is a wso or any other course where it shows how i can rank a website and sell/rent to a local businesses.

I've seen one, but I don't remember much. In the sample, he made some sites with local targeting keywords (like dentist in certain city). After the keywords rank well and he sold the domain+content to the local dentists in town.

It's a great way to go if you suck at "selling" because once you rank for a site decently, it gives you something SOLID to offer a biz, other than just SEO, 'first page google". etc.

Jamie "Go getta" has 'rent-a-site' somewhere here or do a search.

I believe the best way is to build the site, start generating the leads, get them buying, and THEN offer the site for lease. By doing this you will be able justify a higher price.
