Google Places: Geo-Targeting Images & Optimizing For Business's With Multiple Locations

For those of you who use geo-targeted images for your Google Places listings, what do you do if the business moves? Do you have to get new images or can you just update the images based on the business's new location?

How would you go about optimizing for a company that has more than one location? Say they have multiple locations in a city, or have locations in different cities. I assume you would do everything the same way with your keywords, descriptions, etc. but just change the city name for the locations in different cities, but what about for the locations in the same city? Would everything be identical in terms of optimization and just change the phone # and address, or is there more to it?
