PHone Tracking Options

I know this has been talked about previously, BUT, nobody has said what the pricing is for this sort of thing.

Here is what I am thinking about doing:


I would like to add a tracking number to certain campaigns. I just want a phone number that can be called locally and it counts the times it was called. This number would automatically transfer to the local number in town to the business. I do not want anything fancy like long distance calling or anything related. Ijust want tracking.

I have used Google Voice, but the only problem is , if the call is missed it goes to the voicemail at Google. NOT a big deal but the client has to make sure that they check their email daily for messages.

I am just looking for good recommendations and the price. I know some of you have used these services before and I am just looking for a pricing quote .

ie. $45 per month per number or .05 cents a call. Please tell me what you are paying for just a simple feature.

    these are vendors who will do what you want. Marchex and Mongoose are enterprise, so if you only want to track 5-10 campaigns, hosted numbers is the best.

      I have used tossabledigits for years. You can set up local phone numbers anywhere and either have them forwarded to a central number or have separate voicemails for each. Tracking metrics is online, and captures all incoming phone#. When your campaign is completed, just deactivate the number. It's about $7/month base per line plus a minute allotment price based on volume.

      I don't know of any others, but tossabledigits is available in roughly 60 countries, including Australia.

    I would try toktumi which is only $10 a month and its unlimited minutes. You can go for a 800 number or a local one, not sure if they do anything outside of the US/Canada but its worth the shot.
