How many of you actually use call centers (or outsource it to individual agents) and how many of you do it on your own?

Nice Paul. I found 2 good companies for inbound, one for $120/mo and the other $90/mo. Both looks good. Any other suggestions?

I sell to small or medium sized local businesses so I try to show that I'm a small local business just like they are by doing all my customer contact myself.

When I outsource something, it's the actual "work" and not customer contact.
