Recommend me an inbound call center

Hi!

Can someone help here?

What I need: an inbound call center to respond to all the calls I receive. People call me to ask about my services and need a call center to convert them into clients or offer them more details. I want to stay more on clients rather than answer phone calls...

    Have you already prepared a script and/or a list of frequently asked questions for the call center personnel? You call center team will under-perform unless you have primed them accordingly. Once you have this, then it is just a matter of going local for recommendations and interviewing service providers etc.

      Yes, I have something. I do some research but most companies do not offer a price on their site. Well, I guess it would be hard to do this. So I need to contact each company and get an offer.

      Until now I have 2 options for $120/mo and $90/mo. Of course, there are also more expensive services...

      I just posted on a thread where a USA based web designer is exploring lead generation methods other than cold calling. Your situation appears to be quite the opposite to his, in that you're unable to attend to incoming 'warm' calls from potential clients.
      Some might say you're fortunate (LOL)....... but hold on a minute,

      You're based in Romania in Europe (capital city Bucharest - is this right?), and you'd prefer a Miami based service / entity who should have an idea of price - price of what ? What do you do ?

      As 'overcook' said your call center team will under perform if not adequately primed (with information / training / script or whatever ).

      In the meanwhile you can think about Google voice, ivoice, evoice, Skype...etc..
      Google - virtual receptionist services, see what comes up.
      If you're on another continent, the solution to your situation is not a straightforward one. Looks like you may need to employ a scripted/trained US based real or virtual assistant to receive calls, then skype you the details.

        That's called inbound call center services. I already have 2 options in US and one in Philippines. I prefer US people...
