Fully Automating Offline Marketing Business Possible?

I'm looking to give it a shot in my local market with SEO, Google Places, and Web Development just for the experience. I have other full online profitable projects so I don't want to take my time off time so hoping to outsource the entire work

Is it possible to outsource google placing work and generally how much should I be looking to pay. Also can someone tell me the best sources for it?

I'll be purchasing some WSOs today about offline marketing. At what stage can you full automate your business offline.

To a certain degree I also know that you need personal contact because likely your employees aren't really as motivated to help you succeed and if they were they could have done it themselves. So I am a bit concerned about the possibility of automating this.

    Yes it's possible, but depends how much you are able/willing to spend.

    There are a number of warriors here who know how to put up the sites, do SEO, video creation, etc.

    The harder part will be finding sales people who can drum up business. For anyone good, you will need to offer a sizeable percentage of the gross sale (as 1099 contractors, let them worry about their own taxes).

    If you want to manage the outsourcing in-house (Philippines, etc), you'll have to have extremely detailed instructional guides, preferably "white-label" videos.
