[WHAT DO I TELL MY CLIENT?] What are the benefits of Google Local Listings and Video In the Top Spot

Hi guys,

I am going to try and compile a video and rank it on YouTube for local search terms for business - so that hopefully the business owners eventually see it and then see my video (which will then advertise my service and talk about how that video could be advertising them and not myself).

I know a rough idea of what to talk about, but it is always a good idea to get a wider input.

So I am looking for you guys to chime in and drop some thoughts on the benefits of getting a video (I take photos of their business + video interview of owner and put it on youtube) that is ranking on the first page (and likely #1) for their local search result. No one else is really doing this in their markets.

Also, the benefits of getting them in the top 7 box compared to being on the second page, etc.

As I said, I do know the benefits but I am sure I am missing some or wording them wrong. I would appreciate any and all input. I will be using the input as part of my script, which will then have a voice over done for it and finally a text animated video to go along with it.

EDIT: So basically, when someone is going to Google for "chiropractor town" their video will be at the top (no one else is using video + they get all the attention) plus they will have their google listing at the top (first page, probably top 3) compared to right now (they're on second page and no video)
