Want to know about Mobile Websites?

I have been getting a lot of inquiry about how we build simple quick loading mobile websites and George Sepich has given me a slot on his new Talk Marketing Now Network on Wednesday night at midnight EST time to run a workshop and provide answers.

    Which is better? m.example.com, example.com/mobile or serve different content in the same URL depending on the user agent?

    Matt Cutts suggests that a m.example.com is best and will not get hit with duplicate content.

    im currently working on QR codes and selling them. I just got started and bought a WSO called QR Code madness, i was wondering something, i dont really understand how this appeals to companies/businesses if you must have a QR code reader on your phone already, and since QR codes are basically unheard of no one really has them on there phone let alone know what they are. feedback is really appreciated.
