Ain't really a going rate here as they are so new nobody here has them yet for the most part. I'm probably going to charge $300 set up and $75/month for 5 page site, including a QR graphic to point to the site.

I've just discovered this site Leading Mobile Website Builder, Mobile Device Detection, Mobile Web Development, Mobile Site Design, Mobile Internet & WAP. They offer a website builder to develop sites optimized for mobile devices. I've just bought it and trying it out. Looks VERY promising. Will keep you updated.

Hey, I just came across their site today too! It looks like you can create more custom looking sites than what gomobi or mobilesitegalore offer. Their samples looked really great.

I couldn't find any pricing on their page. How much is it and do they brand their site name at the bottom of the page? If they do, is it removable?
Also do you have to host with them or can you use your own hosting?

Their sites are among the best I've seen, but when I tried them out last year I wasn't able to connect with them to find out just what their pricing was, as their free services are for non-commercial use only.

If you find out what they charge and they're reasonable, please let us know!

Thanks for the tip on this, but I wasted about 30 minutes last night trying to figure out what the price is and what they are selling. I kept going in circles clicking on links for more information. Maybe, they need one of us "experts" to fix their site. LOL Anyhow, I did notice their non-commercial usage rules and I did notice their link on the bottom of one of the sample sites.

In my own experience, when someone (or their website) is vague about pricing, it generally means the price is high enough that they are hesitant to let you know up front what it is.

The samples do look good. What does it cost?

Most of these sites charge you between 120 to 480 a year.

The biggest thing here is that they are charging you to send your traffic to them. In other words if you want to put your site on my domain and I will charge you a fee and get all the credit.

You would not do that for your business website so why on earth would you do it for your mobile site.

Its absolute insanity.

There is no reason for having to pay for any of that nonsense. Just do a search for "free mobi templates" or you can also get premium templates at very reasonable prices. Once you do a few yourself, it's relatively easy.

There are free mobile themes for mobile...its pretty easy to set them up and all you really need is 1 article to have a complete and functional site...
