Not sure, but I don't see why it would not.

I know that making a YouTube video with the citation of the business in the video description does count though.

it doesn't count as a citation but comments, views, likes all contribute to the ranking of the video if you are trying to get the video ranked.

If you have your name address and phone in the description, and someone else comments on the video. That is what I mean. Would google add that as a citation. If your saying no, or yes, have you are someone you know tried it, or is there proof of a yes or no. Thanks
