When using a purchased WP theme - how to get rid of link back to creator?

Hi guys,

Say I was using a theme by themeshift, on all of their themes they have a link back to them. Now, although I would normally be ok with it, but when I am making a website for a client, I don't want them to wander over to themeshift and then start asking questions, etc etc.

Is there a way to remove the " WordPress Theme by ThemeShift.com" ?

    It's usually in footer.php - and if you bought it, generally you'll be allowed to change the link and substitute your link. Contact their support.
