DO NOT USE SECUREPAY!!!!

I have been given the run around for 2 months about cancelling my account and now they are holding money from me. I had a $299 transaction go through on Monday and they agreed to pay me $125 of that.

I had a $185 charge, with no notice, in December

I had a $139 charge, no notice, in January

Look at the reviews on this website

I hope that my experience can shed light on this company and I advise you to use someone else.

Anyone have a recommendation for a new Merchant Account?

    I understand. I hate it when you get a little piece of good news finally, then something stupid like that happens. I started with my back against the wall, and little stuff like that would happen all the time. I felt like I was Charlie Brown and these things just kept raining on my parade....

    Keep moving forward. Yeah it pisses you off, but get back on the horse. Ride out the rain.

    Thanks for the heads up. We have all had our share of stupid merchant processor tricks. You learn to anticipate those variables at every turn. Soon somehow they start going away as if they know you see em comin'. I dont know how, but it gets easier.

    If you keep offering resistance, the object of "struggle" wont be able to stay in motion much longer.

    ANYWAY, YOU GOT THE SALE BRO!

    $299 wont make or break you, but the experience of knowing you can get a business owner to write you a check will empower you for the rest of your life!
