Writing a book for a local city to market to business owners

I have read about writing a book that has a city name in the title to use in your local market.

I've been trying to come up with a great and benefit driven title but am kind of stuck here.

I could really use some ideas.

Has anyone else done this?

How were your results?

How did you use the book in your marketing?

      Instead of a general book on marketing mistakes, why not be very specific in the names and everything else? Suggest very specific places are that effective for marketing in the city.

    I just handed a 20 page booklet to a dentists office. A lot of good information in it I think. Some google places info, but on and off page seo more or less. No fluff in my opinion. And a projection based on an average new patient value and the exact match search volume in my area.
