How to educate your clients?

Hey guys

I have just finished reading Seth Godin's Permission Marketing (great book I recommend it to anyone who is serious about marketing) and basically what I want to know is how do i educate a whole range of busy business owners. I want to appear personal in my message like it feels like I am just talking to one business owner. The reason why I ask this is I believe that a large number of business owners do not have the kind of time to be reading an email that has been mass marketed and does not benefit them in any way so there tolerance would be alot lower than the average consumer. I would love to hear some examples of how you guys attack this problem in the offline world.

Are you sure they want to be educated? Yes they need help but few want the education, I know first hand by sending them into the glazed eye stare. We educate how to use our services by showing the benefits and features.

Yes, too much education is a bad thing... unless you want them to fall asleep! Better to dazzle them with benefits and promises. I prefer to do that with 1/video (email it to them or post it on your site) 2/live presentations to business groups. Just remember to tell a joke when you see their eyes start to glaze over...

I teach to all my clients through online courses.
Mine think too much education is not a bad thing because if a person have not education than he can't learn anything quickly .
