Big idea: Work harder at getting your client's online visitors to pick up the phone.

A law firm named Lexington Law did, and went from a 3% conversion to paid client, to 45%.

How they did it was to put their phone number at top of right corner.

Once the visitor was still on the website at the minute mark, a pop up would come up and invite the viewer to phone in to have their questions answered.

Even if you don't have a live person taking the calls, you can gain valuable feedback by asking the right questions in your recorded message.

There are pop up generators that can be timed.

Please don't tell me it can't be done, or it won't work for "my client".

Obviously different results will occur, BUT it's very rare where you see improved results of this magnitude.

I would go as far as saying that if you don't implement it, you aren't serious in helping your client.
