OFFLINE MARKETING

So I have achieve some level of success... in the offline marketing arena.

My wife it's happy... but I want to grow more.

So I'm thinking of getting a tiny tiny group of VA (virtual assistants)

May be 2 to start with.

If you could have a small team to help you in your offline marketing, what tasks would you assign them to do?

Lead generation? Link building?

Suggestions?

  Hard to answer without knowing what you're offline model is.
  
  In general, begin with the repetitive tasks that need to be done but aren't the most efficient use of your time.
