Anyone work with Daniel Tan?

I'm not sure if I should share the actual email conversation taking place between Mr. Tan and myself; but I'm curious if anyone here has worked with him before?

I've developed a product that he has taken quite an interest to; and with over 2000 affiliates he wants to promote this product using this forum and Clickbank, it's worth it!

I'm just scared that he could take my product and run with it himself. I'd be left holding the bag...What can I do to protect my interests?

    Never worked with him. If I was in your shoes, I would either put product on ClickBank pr Paydotcom and let affiliates start selling it, or I would setup process that he and his affiliates come through your site every time when they sell product. The customers are downloading from your site and you are paying them commission for each sale.
    You can also sell him product for lump sum but I would never do that, you might lose a lot of money that way.

    If your that worried, you could use something like Rapid Action Profits...host the product yourself but give him 100% commission on all sales (or some % of the sales)

    That way you can control the product, see the money coming in, and he can get paid (and verify the sales) as well.

    I've thought about it...but I am resting more assured now...he has put some work into this, just seeing my sales page. He's set up a shared account at CB, and using his clout there to facilitate the approval process. He bought a new domain and will be hosting everything on my S3 account. We also have a basecamp now, where we are working out the details. His words..."This is going to be HUGE!" I'm excited to have a well-known SEO marketer take such a big interest! I got lucky with this one! Launch is set for next Wednesday and we both are working feverishly to make it a big success. This will be my first step into the murky waters of ONLINE marketing...I have many OFFLINE clients who I manage their local online marketing campaigns: ranking Places and that sort of thing. Well, I better get to work on the "Instructions" Document.
