Running an Offline Business with a Speech Impediment

Hello All,

I know about SEO and web design and know how to run a successful PPC campaign and I even know how to write great articles. Basically I know and understand and have all fronts covered. I even know how set up facebook fan pages, ect....

But I have had a hard time getting clients because I have a slight stutter and it is worse over the phone. Everyone says the best way to get clients is call them. Well I can't exactly do that even though I would in a heartbeat if I could. Even potential customer's I get seem leery of working with because of this little obstacle.

Does anyone have idea's around this? I have thought of maybe partnering with someone to help me make calls or something along those lines, but even still would not clients want to talk the actual person who is doing the work rather than having it relayed though a spokes person. Most people don't get stuttering either even after great movies have come out about it like "The King's Speech."

I don't want to come off like I am complaining about my situation. I know there has to be a way around so I can be doing what I really want to be doing you know.

I am looking for idea's from this post. Thanks for taking the time to read it and I look forward to hearing about your idea's.

    Many many men with skills such as yourself sit behind office doors while someone else runs their entire crew of a hundred people that do nothing but make money for them all day long. They rarely if ever even come out and TALK to their sales floors let alone customers... I know cuz I have been the guy on the outside of the door running the floor.

    You can do the same. If I went completely mute and wanted to do offline business I would.

    Its not even an OBSTACLE depending on how you design your business model.

    Hope someone confirming the obvious truth here helps, and sometimes it does!

    2nd Option.) Email prospects. anyway you still have to communicate with people over the phone at some point.
