Google Places SEO for commission

OK so I am doing a Google Places SEO campaign right now and will be getting paid by commission for any leads that come through the site. How do I protect myself to make sure I get paid on any leads that come through the site? Also many leads call in instead of coming through the request a quote form. If there are any Google Places guys on here, let me know what you would do.

Honestly, I would do the Places listings myself and if you do not have time - get a VA who does have time and pay them per listing they complete.

Purchase a course that will show them how to optimise the listing and send it to them..

If for whatever reason you did not want to do the listing (not sure why you wouldn't) then you can get a call tracking software and sell your leads per telephone call.

    1 call to that number = $"x"

My experience and stats, don't use another phone number then the customer phone number.
Because, it's a major factor for Google when he list the company.

    And

My customers GP stats is, people click around 7 more times in the "website url" then the "more info" link.

So they skip the forwarding number often and you lose money.

Upfront and monthly payment is better.

    Hope is helpful

I think he means that he wants to sell the leads he generates for people wanting Google Places listings - or am I wrong?

I am doing the GP seo where I am in charge of the company's website and I will receive a commission on anyone who calls to the business or requests a quote. It's pretty much a trust issue as to whether the business owner will pay the commission on the leads I can't track (phone leads).
