Huge Problem When Viewing My Clients Site on a Mac-PLEASE HELP!!!

After spending a good while getting Godaddy(client already had Godaddy prepair for yr and half longer) to SLOWLY update the site I thought I was good to go this morning. The site worked fine on Mozilla at the house. She has a new Mac. Two of the collections pages(main 2 we needed to see for me to get paid) aren't showing up on the Mac. We had already agreed to edit free of charge this month after receiving payment. I am owed $1500 more. I have a few things to edit that we went over this morning. I really could use some help here. I have went over budget already and can't keep going out of pocket for edits without the $1500 balance that is owed. I really need the jeweler to be able to view the site on her Mac. If you have a Mac, please shoot me a pm so I can have you view it as well. Even if you don't have a Mac, I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me. SEO has all been very easy so far. This is the first big problem I have ran into in my offline career. I'm sure it won't be the last

What browser is she using to try and view the website? Safari, Firefox, IE or something else?

I can't help on a Mac, but I can tell you if it appears on an iPhone with Safari. If it doesn't, I might be able to see what errors may show and go from there.

You might also check out how your site displays on different browsers by visiting a site like Check Browser Compatibility, Cross Platform Browser Test - Browsershots

PM me the link and I'll look it over to see if I notice any issues.

      Hey Rolltide,

It looks like the Categories of Vintage and Diamonds disappear on my iPhone when I click them, but appear on my PC for Firefox. I didn't get any visible errors when I tried, they just disappeared when I clicked them.

I'm hoping that someone else with MAC/Safari experience will help look into this for you.

Wish I could be of more help.

    Hi rolltide,

If you still need help I have a mac and would be happy to take a look at it for you. I outsource my web design, but I do minor editing on my sites when needed. I can tell you how the site looks here, and if it appears "off" I'll take a look at the code to see if I notice anything.
