How much to charge a Wronful death lawyer for SEO???

I had a referral come in for a Wrongful death lawyer who would like to get more of these cases.

These lawyers make anywhere from 30%-40% of the amount they settle for.
Wrongful death case settlements range from $100,000 to 3.5 million depending on the situation.

So how much should I charge for SEO monthly if I can get 300 visitors to his site of people looking for his service?????

    Price is really nothing set in stone. Price is actually always a historical number from the past. If you you can drive 100,000 in profits and want 20% of that, then that is what you should charge. Fair market is whatever the market will pay. If it were me, I would just stick to my package and what I know I can do. Are you worth 75 an hour or 250 an hour. Stick to your guns and believe what you already know is fair. Charging 5000 to setup and then 1500 a month is not out of the question, but you are the only one who has a feel for the customer and your relationship.

    What "grin" says above is just about right for the money? But where is he showing up
    now in Google?

    Also, remember - he's a LAWYER!!! And he might not be so easy to deal with!

    First find out how much he will make off each new client you bring him with your marketing efforts. That's what I usually do first. Then it is easier to say "he all you need to get is 1 new client a year and it would pay for its self!"

    Also depends on how much you are going to do for him as well? set up a site, videos, blog, classified ads, google places? etc. You are the expert and make your own pricing. Like Jack Mize says "you cant go broke making a profit!". Which means just charge him something and get started. You can always adjust your pricing later on.

      Bad idea, a lot of attorneys will say "c-ya bye" when you start asking for a retainer.

      Better to charge a very good amount, but also nothing outrageous. Like someone said earlier, he's an attorney, he might not be all that easy to work with...

      But on top of that, be careful. Attorneys are great clients, but also what I like to call "high risk" clients. You do something they don't like, you could face a lawsuit very, very fast.

    A retainer is not a bad idea. Something I always do with something regarding that source of income.

    Always use a lawyer as well to protect yourself against a lawyer.
