Price Points & Client Packages?

Hello Offliners,

I know that some will not reveal but thought it would be worth asking.

What sort of price-points do you work at and also what sort of packages do you offer?

So...

1.S.E.O Monthly management and what does it include? Example

(On site SEO, Listing in directories etc.)

2.S.E.O Set-up Fee and what does it include?

(How many articles, video's, backlinks a month etc)

3.Paid Search campaign management and what it includes?

4.Social Media Set-up Fee and what does it include?

(Facebook fanpage set-up, account creations etc)

5.Social Media Management and what does it include?

(Streaming of content and syndicating posts etc)

6.Google local set-up fee and what does it include?

7.Google local management and what it includes?

(Writing reviews, adding to profile etc)

I figure everyone will give different answers so it will be interesting to see what we can learn from each-others offerings to their offline clients....

    1. SEO Services are at least $300.00/month, usually I just outsource it to an SEO specialist I use here on the forum. He gets them ranked #1 for almost any keyword I want for a small one-time fee.

    2. Flat rate of $750.00 w/ a website design or $997.00 without.

    3. I've only had to run one PPC campaign for a client, and I was rather new at it (well over a year ago) but I charged him 30% on top of his monthly bill. So if he paid $1,000.00 monthly, $300.00 of that would be mine.

    4. $397.00 for social media setup, which includes Facebook, twitter, and integrating the two into his/her website.

    5. Included in my website maintenance package which is $199.00 monthly.

    6. Included in website design fee, getting them listed and filling in all fields. Possibly creating one or two citations.

    7. Building their Google places ranking which is also included in monthly maintenance fee.

You can't bill them for too many things otherwise they'll begin to look elsewhere for a cheaper service.

Quality over price sure, but when price gets too high you can almost always find a lower one with the same quality.

Pretty straightforward myself. I pitch based on what the customer can afford and what the potential rewards are.

For example, if I have a customer that is a few million turnover then I ask them what their budget is.

For smaller companies I give them a bracketed rate of $400 - $3000 and let them decide. I'm not quite as clean cut as that, there's a lot of chatting going on, but you get the idea.

Spoke to one company yesterday and I said "You can pay more for more work - it depends how big your balls are". He went for $650 a month.

I don't tell them how many links, what i'm blogging to, where I get my links from etc.etc. I just say "I will make your rankings go up" - no sense in baffling them with science, they'll just get confused and go away.

I don't take anyone under $1k/mo for SEO. Period.

We offer keyword rankings and on-page optimization. Price is dependent on the competitiveness of the keywords.

Just today, we resold a property that is already ranking for $500/mo (no work) and also a web design for $2600 and also a SEO package for $997.

We've got several deals on the board for $3k/mo in SEO services. Just depends on how you sell them and what you're willing to ASK for.
