Advice on outsourcing a broadcast email

I was hoping to get some advice on outsourcing a broadcast email? I came across a printing company that offers to email (spam-free advertising) my ad (text and html formats) to their list of customers for a certain $. They provide a list of email categories as well a countries for me to choose from so the email would be targeted. They are offering 2 million sent emails for $99. What do you guys think? I'm a newbie

    Spam. Simply said, spam.

    Sorry, but no business with two million double opt-in subscribers would sell a mailing to their list for $99.00. Heck they wouldn't sell it for $99,000.00...

    Stay far, far away from that one, trust me.
