Tim awesome stuff... at what rate are you signing up new clients with these techniques? Im only interested because I have thought of doing a a deal where I generate warm leads for telemarketers... with some sort of direct marketing campaign beforehand... I once used Monster.com to generate qualified leads for telemarketers selling an "opportunity"... and it worked like a charm. Also I have had great success with getting permission to fax first, then calling the prospect back with them having the fax in hand. Thanks for the great contribution.

I like doing the warm leads rather than just 100% cold leads myself. It takes a little bit more time but the response seems to be much higher as well.

      Thanks.

Really... it takes a little conditioning to get closes on the phone.... Setting the appointment and visiting the client face to face is really a great way to get started...

Another lead generation form other than emails, postcards, etc... is have an outsourcer cold call to set appointments... Have them establish interest, qualify the interest, and then set the appointment. Then re-confirm the appointment.

Making sure you don't waste your time....

I agree with 'Amir'. Telemarketing works, just got to keep the biz owners best interest in mind which is increasing thier business. It takes a lot of trial and error as I am finding out to tune your pitch into sales, but am finally getting sales and is exciting!

I was sending out tons or snail mail letters and email blasts to thousands of people with little to no return. Tweaked the pitch from long and elaborate, to short and sweet, to specifically to the business individually, ALL WITH POOR RESULTS. Pick up the phone, Right John?

      Don't think.... Just do...

I can understand how one would feel that positioning is obtained when they call you. And it is..... But the same positioning can be achieved during the cold call process.....

The trick is to care... Just not that much...

A combination of magical words that have people literally blowing down my door begging for advice and throwing money at my feet.

At least that's how I see it.

      HaHa.
