Creating an offline mastermind group for charity

I am usually very eloquent and carefully consider the tone, voice, and mood of each written piece, after all my first experience with marketing at all was as a copywriter. But today, I will lay aside the grace in my tongue(er, um, fingers) and let you know what is goin' down, yo.

I am developing a new business model for offliners. The system is being tested, restructured, and tested again until it's perfect. Once it is essentially an offline nuke, I was going to teach it. But there seems to be something better I can do.

I am going to teach it for free to any offliner, new or experienced, willing to try it, tweak it, offer advice, and basically help develop this system. The only thing I ask in return for this business model that could create millionaires and turn offline marketing on its head, is that when you make a sale with this model, half of your profits get donated to Kim's fund.
