I know that not all off-line businesses need one, but some do and perhaps a lot do (but just don't know it yet ).

What am I talking about?

An on-line Help Desk.

I have a client who who needed a way to respond to online customer inquiries and requests, so I installed, configured and tested a Help Desk script that absolutely ROCKS!

Super simple. Efficient. Top Quality and best of all...free (to me, of course, not to him!)

His cost - $300
My time - 1 hour (and that was for the first time, the next one will be 30 minutes - max!)

So...what businesses out there need a Help Desk that we can sell them?

    This is something I have thought of. I did look at a few scripts a while back. Care to share the one you used? I think this could be a good offer for small business owners.

    Ok... I'll start the "What Businesses Need a Help Desk" Brain Storm off...

    Doctors, dentists, chiros who want web visitors to be able to request appointments... a Help Desk beats the pants off a straight email or contact form...
