Are you into Real Estate Niche?

G'Day Warriors,

I am wondering how many warriors here are into "Offline/Online Real Estate Businesses" or Warriors interested in this information here, who would in interested in a frequently updated, processed list of Foreclosure homes ?

I am curious to know this as we have a service Foreclosure House Listings in the US. Cutting down the tedious work, and all the important stats and data on the properties. updated every few mins.

The reason I am asking this, there is a good no. of Warriors interested in a service like this. We might be able to do a W.S.O. for it.

    I don't know why, but I think you forgot to ask for the warriors that are not in the Offline nor Real estate niche but are interested in this information, I am interested in that information as well as information about repo cars, houses where the owner died and need to be sold, etc.....

        Here in the states there are lots of lists for Foreclousers. I find it easy to log on to the County web site type in sherrif sales and there is the list of pre-foreclosures. In zillow you can pay and have the information as soon as it hits Trends. I wish you luck but I think you will have a diffcult time unless you are showing International Foreclosures

          Here in the US you don't have to go far at all to find hundreds of such lists within minutes. Banks, county and even tax records are a few of the prime sources in these parts.

    Yes indeed there are hundreds of foreclosure lists BUT let me explain some little known information on the trustee auction foreclosure process. In Los Angeles there are over 1000 properties A DAY scheduled for auction. Typiclly around 80% of these property sales are postponed or cancelled, 15% are sold at the auction (actually not sold but rather they just go back to the bank that had the loan) at the full amount owed on them. No one buys them because the present value is much LESS then the amount owed.

    That means out of 1000 properties scheduled for auction only around 50 of them sell to 3rd parties (investors).

    This is the trick. The bank has the option of setting the opening bid at the auction at any amount they choose up to but not more than the amount owed to them by the borrower.

    The amazing thing is that 90% of the time the banks don't announce the reduced bid properties untill THE MORNING of the sale.

    The magic of our list is we only display properties that have a reduced bid on them.

    I have seen NO OTHER list that can claim this.

    I'm thinking about trying the real estate niche and contacting local real estate firms but the search terms look a little hard to take down. They're all authority buy/rent sites with pages related to my city. It's reminescant of the time I tried to tackle the "buy playstation 3" keyword with an amazon affiliate site. I learned then some authority sites are HARD to take down.

    Anyone have success tackling sites like Realtor.com and Zillow?
