raising money for charity

Hi guys

I am not the most confident person in the world, and so was looking for a way of talking to local business owners, initially to gain experience.

So, thought of raising money for charity at the same time. I am now approaching businesses and offering a one hour consultation, in exchange for a contribution to the MS society.

My thinking / hope is that will not want to seem mean by not giving to charity, and as the contribution is voluntary , they have nothing to lose.

    Hey Dan

    I am offering a general internet marketing consultation to businesses , in exchange for a donation to the MS Society. It is just a way of getting me talking to businesses, and hopefully raise money for MS.... My mother has suffered for 30 years, and I have done absolutely nothing to help this cause.

    I tried to PM you, but seems like I need a few more posts.

    I am living in Bracknell.

      I can't PM either.

      It is like going to the pub and the landlord not allowing you to talk to anyone unless you have drunk 50 pints.
