Creating Quality Promo Videos For Offline Bussineses ?

I've been online for years and all my biz was online based, and i thought that it would be a good idea to look into this offline marketing industry to see if it's any good
I'm well known in the forum for my video creation service

till now the majority of my clients are product developers and affiliate marketers, but i wanna start offering my services to offline businesses.
that's where the title came from
I wanna know how can i find offline businesses who already established an online presence successfully but they are not using the power of video to increase their leads or calls.
Because i realized that the type of promo videos that i make is perfect for this type of businesses but i have no idea from where start. and also I can charge more than I'm charging my regular clients who are online entrepreneurs,
