Bite off more than you can chew...

Go ahead. Try it. See if you can give yourself more work than you can handle. I bet most of you can't!

Once you reach that point, you will know. And then, you can start outsourcing.

Every minute of every day tell yourself "GO!GO!GO!" and keep putting out as much as possible.

Most people will never reach this point. Most people "work" for hours on end and never get anything done. Crank it up! Your success is measured by your output.

Just a little motivation here...if you are trying to make it big...push until you find your limit. Then outsource the things that slow you down.

    True statement.

Most people fear working too much... I'm guilty of it as much as the next guy.

I've recently tried to just slam my schedule, and it's much harder than I thought it'd be... But trying for it has yielded several opportunities that I wouldn't have normally had.

Very true... a lot of people try to outsource too early. Some people end up getting away with it, without learning a single thing about it but it is very rare. You should know your business well enough, and that will help with outsourcing later on!

I was working about 14-16 hours a day.... starting outsourcing a few thing... now I'm working 14 hours a day LOL. Didn't take a huge load off but I am able to take on more projects.

I bit off more than I could chew for sure. Ended up working 20 hour days in three monster projects that seemed lucrative at the beginning but ended blowing out waaaaay beyond what we (me and my lead dev) thought. These three projects have single handidly brought me to the edge and almost into bankruptcy.
However I have learned alot of things not to do Hopefully I wont see history repeating in the near future.

    Now wheres that shovel?
