How much will simple (I Think) SEO run me?

I agree that there is a lot of warriors which can help you rank high, but a must have when you are a local business is a google places page, if you need any help with it let me know. If you Google: google places you should be good

You could even do it yourself if you are a little tight for cash. It's really not hard if you know what you're doing. Essentially get the on-page SEO right, and then just get good quality sites linking back to you. Sounds too easy to work, but that is it in a nutshell.

I do have a Google Places page, but it doesnt seem to help. Is it set up wrong? The Business name is One Sun Media Group

I took a look at your site, and did a search for video production in Pittsburgh at Google.

I believe your website could rank better if you had more text content in it, and actual content on the home page.

Be sure to put a relevant keyword phrase for the title of each of your pages. Your home page just has "Home" in the title tag. If you put Pittsburgh Video Production as the first words of your home page title, that will help.

I looked at your Promo Videos page, (besides the fact that the videos would not play for me, I'm not sure if it's my Internet connection or something not working right at Youtube) you need some text there. Plus, I would say that the title of the page should be more selfexplanatory, such as "promotional video production". To know what keyword phrases to target, type some possible search terms in the Google external keyword tool, and see what kind of search volume there is for various phrases.

I did not see your Google Place page listed when I searched for video production in pittsburgh. Do you know if your Places page is showing up for some search terms?

I could not find you on places either, and the complete citation and address is missing from your web site. The lack of any text is not helping you either.

Google now pulls information from your web page, meta tags (internal web tags that tell google how to index you), and page content.

Google will also either list you web page in the places or the organic listings. Not both. So if you want both you will need separate pages, and phone numbers.
