Offering a text reminder service to opticians/dentists etc
I'm looking into offering opticians, dentists and other 'appointment' type businesses a text reminder service.
I am on the receiving end of such texts and find they are great, so as a user of such a system I can vouch for it with confidence whilst selling my own product.
What companies in the UK would offer such a service that is available as white label? How would it work?
Would a 'normal' white label system be able to offer such a service where you are able to send individual texts to individual customers?
Would it be as simple as; your client has a database of customers each with different appointments, the clients receptionist spends a few minutes each day on the computer sending the reminders 2 days before said appointments. Is that how it would work?
If you can offer any other insights that'd be great.
