Who Is This For?

Anyone frustrated and fed-up with the results from their Offline Marketing consulting efforts this far, this year. It's also for you if deep-down you know you're struggling to impress and attract and retain high-quality local business clients

What Is It?

When I started to pull this together, all I knew was that things had to change. You might be feeling the same way too right now.

'Thinking about' doesn't make change happen (neither does reading about or anything else except for action). For you to experience different and better results you've got to take action. I don't know what's holding you back individually but I know that for many people, the feeling of frustration with not getting results, of feeling like you're sitting on the sidelines while everyone else seems to be doing OK is a reality

It doesn't need to be that way and this post is to inspire and encourage you if that's your situation right now.

But I've taken things a step further because it's about making things happen, for others and for myself

In this following presentation I decided to hold myself 'publicly accountable' for what I write about, talk about and do in Offline Marketing. Based on results since January of this year, this is something I guarantee will make a difference in your results within the next 90 days.

The Real Problems With Growing An Offline Business
The Hard Choices & Harsh Realities

OK, let me give you the brief version.

If you're doing everything you know how to do but not getting the results you want or if you've been 'thinking' about getting started but just can't seem to get your groove going, I can bet that it's for one of the following reasons:

  1. You don't have a target market you focus on (or want to focus on)
    .
  2. You don't have a written ideal client profile that drives your outreach and marketing efforts
    .
  3. The local business owners you could best and most profitably serve have no idea you even exist
    .
  4. Local business owners might be aware you exist...but they don't give a hoot and would rather endure their ongoing challenges than agree to meet with you
    .
  5. You're afraid of selling (that's OK, but it isn't right. I was there too and still don't welcome the thought of selling, but working with others, have found ways to get round it and you can too if you really want to. Do you?)

  6. You might have had local businesses you've served in the past but you don't know how to retain them or keep them coming back for more of what you have in your bag-o-tricks
Those are the real problems. If you can solve these, nothing will be able to stop you from putting the foundations of your very own own high;y-profitable, 6 figure revenue generating business, in place within the next 90 days.

The questions is whether you're able to be honest with yourself and can do the things that need to be done.

Personally, when some of my results, while they were 'OK,' still didn't deliver the kind of results we were seeking, I decided to narrow my focus.

When you 'narrow your focus,' you automatically eliminate many of the problems described earlier.

I'm in the process of an ongoing audit of my Offline Marketing consulting business and I invite you to do the same if a lack of results you want bugs you day in, day out.

Once again, if you're doing fine, then keep doing what you're doing.

    Nice article bayo, alot of people have questions like "how can i market offline effectively" the trick is to find a balance that works for your budget, resources and willingness. Willingness is the most important because you can set up all the components that you want but they have to be managed and maximized and that takes time and dedication.
    Whether on or offline you should be prepared to develop and re-develop your strategies. As time goes on things change, especially the manner in which people communicate and interact (i.e. Social Media). What everyone has now, that they didn’t in the past, is a level playing field. Success is earned by those not with the most economics but time spent developing and building.
