Need help please... newbie

I am new to online affiliate marketing and started a website called Pharma Sales Job Alternative .com I have posted several PPC ads on Google and gotten over 43 clicks, out of over 4K impressions.

I have 3 AFFILIATE ads posted inside my website. Problem is not a single one of these clicks to my website have resulted into a sale. My PPC ad basically asks people who want a pharma job alternative to look at website and inside I promote my main affiliate program which is a Headhunter program.

My question is, the problem with zero $ is due to:
A. My ad?
B. My website?
C. Something else?

Would appreciate any help and direction you could give.

I'm hardly a guru when it comes to this sort of thing, but from what I've read, people don't run paid campaigns until they have thoroughly tested with organic traffic to determine their click-thru rates, etc... That way you can accurately estimate how much it's worth spending to generate traffic.

As for the question of ad, website, etc... You should be split testing to see what converts better and let that be the judge.

Sorry that's not a complete answer, but I hope that helps.

Btw, I just took a look at your site. The first sentence is "Take a look at the following LINK, it talks about Pfizer’s recent problems involving deaths" The link then takes them to a Motley Fool page. Why send 'em away?

Also, I do not see any affiliate ad's.

It is sad to say....but statistics show that only about 1% converts into sales -unless you are lucky-so you may want to look into something more cost effective than adwords.

You can set up display ads in Google for around just cents on the dollar. Just when you do it make sure that it is set up as display ads as google will suspend your account if you run two adwords campaigns on the same keywords...If you look into it
Google had account managers who will help you....You may want to pause your adwords campaign or try longer tail keywords to get more targeted buyers.

I suggest pause adwords and focus on display...also work on your SEO so you can get organic traffic.
