Automated Programs Legality of creating Web2.0, Article, or other accounts using fake info

This may only apply to the users of programs, such as senuke, seolr, article posting apps, or to people who make more than one account for certain web2.0, blog, or article sites, etc..I was thinking a moment ago about the CAN SPAM laws, how one cannot create false false emails to send emails to other people, more specifically the law below:

(2) AUTOMATED CREATION OF MULTIPLE ELECTRONIC MAIL ACCOUNTS- It is unlawful for any person to use scripts or other automated means to register for multiple electronic mail accounts or online user accounts from which to transmit to a protected computer, or enable another person to transmit to a protected computer, an unsolicited commercial electronic mail message that is unlawful under subsection (a).

Now, as time has gone on, especially with the March 28th, 2011 ruling in California how most, if not all of CAN SPAM laws apply to other channels, such as facebook, or other "Email like" networks, I wonder the legality , or the future of legality, in creating these accounts to post content.

Will it be illegal in the future to use unapproved aliases online? IS this what it is coming to? Where is the large influx of internet/web attorneys? Is it illegal NOW to post to these web2.0 properties?

I know many of you have numerous blogspot, wordpress blogs, etc, all pointing back to your money or affiliate site, and am curious your input.

Thanks
