Going to be trying rent-a-site model

HEy I am starting to use the rent a site model.. I also still have like 10 leads to close for my regular websites/internet marketing solutions too!

The rent a site model seems easy and profitable. Good recurring as well.

Anyone care to share how they are doing with this method as far as how much you charge and how many clients you have?

    The model is interesting for me, too!

    I have been wanting to do it for awhile now but never really followed through. think it is best to charge a fixed monthly to one client instead of multiple clients.

    Everything I do is a RAS model, some with a twist. Basically I build a
    generic site with local SEO. Get it ranked, then rent it on a month-to-month
    basis, 2 months paid up front. No real contract, but I send an email
    describing the terms and ask them to reply "I agree". Real simple.

      What do you mean when you refer to "rent a site model"?

      Are you talking about the method as a generality, program,
      software or WSO? If it's specific, I'd like to get a link or name
      if you don't mind.

    This is by far my favorite method. I am only taking on new clients for this method. But you have to make sure you set up your system right from the beginning or you will be wasting alot of time.

    I have about 40 clients and I only spend about 40 minutes a month maintaining the sites (Total). All my clients pay me between $197 to $400 per month and I get recurring income form them all on autopilot!
