Pay-to-Text, Similar to 900 Numbers?

I'm looking for information on how to setup an SMS number that people must (knowingly) pay a small amount to text. I know I've seen this on late night TV, but I honestly can't think of the proper search term for it. The ad was something like "text names to #### and see if you'll get married!", and mentioned IIRC that charges above normal texting apply.

    I'm on a free trial of Trumpia. They have things set up where you could do like horoscopes, and that sort of thing. That might be a place to start.

      Technically speaking what you are looking for is a premium short code. You need a provider that is setup to do that. The provider bills the mobile carrier, the mobile carrier takes a cut, and you get the rest.
