It takes a small agency to handle this type of client, so if someone wants to get to that level. I can assist them in that as well.

Do you outsource work oversees, do everything yourself or hire people in house? I know hiring and training people in house is much more expensive, but it seems like that is the best way to monitor what is happening with clients' properties. I personally would like to build an agency with in house workers, but I havent seen too many people talking about that point.

I am currently an enterprise level SEO Manager and I hire and train people all the time. But, I only hire people to work in house because I cannot monitor what they are doing at home, from a Bl*ckhat/greyhat SEO perspective.

I have done it all, I outsource smaller data entry tasks to a team in India. I have a girl that has been with me a few years and she handles much of the set up. I agree on the In House workers but its okay to outsource. This is all covered in detail in the course ;-)
