SMS case studies you can share?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I was wondering if anyone can post any case studies of restaurants, bars, or real estate agents getting successful results from sms/text message marketing -- that you would be willing to let me (and other warriors) use in our marketing materials.

There will be full disclosure that these aren't clients of mine, but are true examples of results other businesses are seeing from SMS marketing

I've seen all kinds of general testimonials with text marketing, but have yet to see any real proof of a positive ROI. Testimonials like "we got an extra 300 people to our store" sound nice on the surface, but without knowing the offer that was made and what kind of profit was generated, it's impossible to know if that promotion really benefited the business.

My gut tells me that SMS marketing is so inexpensive that I really can't see how any business couldn't benefit from using it, but I'd still love to see proof like the email marketing studies that show $1 spent on email marketing can provide a $40 plus return.
